The establishment of the organisation revolved around this product, and significant efforts were dedicated to refining and streamlining it to its current state. The development of EMS was informed by the knowledge gained from diverse enterprises operating in various sectors, with different processes, turnovers, and sizes. This wealth of knowledge was embedded within EMS.
